The S&W GmbH gathers all requirements for functionality, technical realisation, processing & design in close cooperation with the customer. The experts analyse and process the data using latest technology systems. A timely creation of prototype tools and / or models is ensured. As the next step, the experts analyse and process the data and on Auto-CAD and Master-CAM with surface machining in 2D/3D. The customers benefit from our long-year experience already during this phase. The S&W quality management process checks already during this phase for any problems during the production and subsequent processing. By this, an optimal result is guaranteed.

The prerequisite for a zero-defect production is a high-quality and a perfect injection mould. In our own workshop all kinds of injection moulding tools for various applications are created, managed by highly-qualified masters. The production is further supported by latest CNC-machines with electrode change system and CNC milling machines in DNC mode with the option for digitalisation. The tooling equipment is stored in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry.

Trained employees, long standing experience and latest NC –controlled injection moulding machines are the basis for the creation high precision injection moulding parts with a range of part-weight of 0,15g to 800g for large and small series. A high degree of automation using CNC parts-removal robots, automated positioning of inserts, colour blending machines, a fully automated loading and insert moulding of metal pieces as well as process data management build a perfect combination of quality and production cost.
With the excellent expertise in multi-component injection moulding, processing of all thermoplastics, in mould decoration, GID technology, SuW is well-positioned to provide a true added value for the customers. For the production of optical pieces a special dust-controlled area is used. On 7 days and in 3-shift mode the production runs in compliance with the environmental specifications.

All parts get their final finishing in our own finishing area. Tampon Printing, Ultrasonic Welding, Bonding, Hot Stamping, subsequent injection of metal inserts, or the end-to-end asset assembly - SuW can cover all these tasks. For chrome machining and varnishing, SuW works with qualified and reliable partners. If there are any specific requirements for additonal Finishing options these are developed quickly and at a competitive price.

Professional packaging (one time – recycling packaging), safe transport (via land –, air – , and sea freight). The logistics department uses its own truck fleet and our transport supplier to deliver all parts on time globally. ‘Just in Time’ is not just an expression but an attitude that is lived. The EDI Software used for data transmission supports the personal contacts perfectly.

The S&W project managers attend the complete product life cycle. They are the focal point and link between the customer and the organisation during for the first analysis, the production, the delivery of the product and throughout the whole project life span. Long standing experience, short communication paths and the authority to take decisions ensure a high quality and on time delivery of the components. In addition, the project managers are the contacts for any further questions from the SuW customers.
